摘 要: 进行了单面渗流下油菜籽及其脱皮冷榨的应力、应变试验 ,研究了不同加载速率对应力、应变关系和出油量的影响 ,建立了基于BP神经网络的应力、应变关系模拟模型 ,对油菜籽及其脱皮单面渗流一维冷态压榨下的应力、应变关系进行了模拟。结果表明 ,在相同压榨应力下 ,加载速率对其应变关系和出油量的影响均较大 ,应变和出油量均随加载速率的减小而增加 ;脱皮油菜籽的应变大于未脱皮油菜籽的应变。BP神经网络模拟油菜籽的应力。 A visualization of testing apparatus had been developed to measure consolidation property of pore media under mechanical pressing.The experiments of stress-strain of rapeseed and decorticated rapeseed by uniaxial cold pressing under single surface for flow of fluids through a porous medium were carried out.The effects of rate of applied pressure on the stress-strain and deoiling were studied.The simulating model of stress-strain of rapeseed and decorticated rapeseed based on BP neural networks was developed.The results indicate that effects of rate of applied pressure on the stress-strain and deoiling are obvious,both strain and deoiling increase with decreasing rate of applied pressure,strain of decorticated rapeseed are greater than that of rapeseed for equal stress.The results of simulation demonstrate that the precision of model by BP neural networks is greater than the model of curve-fitting equations.Therefore,the simulation model by BP neural networks developed in this study is valid for the cold pressing of rapeseed.
