变色沙蜥(Phrynocephalus versicolor)皮肤感受器形态观察

摘  要: 应用扫描电镜和半薄切片技术对变色沙蜥Phrynocephalus versicolor皮肤感受器的表面结构和显微结构进行了观察。感受器位于鳞片凹窝中。感受器区域的表皮β—角质层极薄,但在中央加厚形成感觉毛,表皮中间层由2~3层高柱状和矮柱状细胞构成,生发层由矮柱状细胞构城,中间层和生发层细胞的细胞质中充满色素颗粒,在真皮浅层发现了突向表皮的类似哺乳类麦氏触觉小体的结构。推测感受器具有感受机械刺激和感受辐射热的双重功能。 We observed the surface structure and the microstructure of the skin receptor of Phrynocephalus versicolor by the scanning electronic microscopy and hemi -thin section at 2μ. The receptor is located in the pit of scale. The beta layer of the epidermis is much thinner in the region of the receptor than in other regions, but the beta layer in the centre of the receptor becomes thickened to form sense hair. In the region of the receptor,the middle stratum germinativum of the epidermis is composed of one superficial tall columnar cell layer and two short columnar cell layers; the basal stratum germinativum of the epidermis is composed of one short columnar cell layer. There are many pigment granules in the cytoplasm of cells of the middle and basal stratum germinativa. A corpuscle resembling that of Meissner in mammalia and protruding to the epidermis is found in the superficial dermis, It is supposed that the receptor is sensible to both mechanical stimuli and thermal radiation.
