摘 要: 教育技术是一门快速发展的交叉学科,在其发展过程中,领域内外的新的理论与实践不断对学科发生影响。宽泛的实践范畴,多种背景的从业人员的不同认识,使得我们对教育技术专业人员到底需要什么专业技能的认识显得很不明晰。该文分析了该专业的实践特点及其对能力结构产生影响的社会与学科因素,旨在澄清几个对专业技能的认识问题,以期对学科与专业建设提供可资借鉴的思路。 As a fast developing study of interdisciplinarity, instructional technology is continuously impacted by new theories and practices from both inside and outside its field. Various views from different backgrounds bring vague opinions on the professional qualifications of the instructional technology practitioners. In hope of presenting some valuable proposals for the construction of the study and profession, the paper analyses the practical features and factors of the society and study to expurgate several issues of perception.
