摘　　要： 邓小平的发展理论是邓小平理论的重要组成部分。邓小平的科学发展观主要体现在:首先,坚持以人为本,以人民的利益为出发点和归宿点;其次,坚持以经济建设为中心,促进社会全面进步;再次,努力提高人民生活水平,促进经济、社会协调发展和区域经济的协调发展;最后,正确处理经济发展同人口、资源、环境之间的关系,走可持续的发展道路。我们完整准确地理解邓小平的科学发展观,对于当前我们牢固树立和全面落实科学的发展观有重大的指导意义。 Deng Xiaoping's development theory is the important part of the Theory of Deng Xiaoping. The scientific development viewpoint of Deng Xiaoping embodies the following: Firstly, it insists that human should be the center of all part, and the benefit of the qeople is the most important thing from beginning to ending. Secondly, it persists that eco- nomic development is the center part, so as to make progress on every parts of the society. Thirdly, raise the people's living level, and promote the social development and the economics and the locality harmoniously. Finall, conduct the relationship among the economic development, population, natural resources and environment in order to develop continu- ously. We comprehend Deng Xiao-ping's scientific development theory correctly and completely. It can help us to estab- lish scientific development viewpoint firmly and implement completely.
