摘 要: 研究了在阳离子表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)存在下,2,3,7-三羟基-9-(4,5-二溴-邻硝基)苯基荧光酮与Sn(Ⅳ)的显色反应及光度性能.在0.2mol/LH2SO4介质中,试剂与Sn(Ⅳ)形成化学计量比为2∶1的络合物,其最大吸收峰位于543nm波长处,表观摩尔吸光系数为5.59×105L·mol-1·cm-1,检测下限为3.01μg/L,锡含量在0~400μg/L范围内符合比尔定律,分析方法可用于岩矿样品中微量锡的测定. In the presence of cation surfactant CTMAB, the color reaction and photometric capabilities of 2,3,7-trihydroxy-9-(4,5-dibromo-o-nitro) phenylfluorone(DBONPF) with tin(Ⅳ) were studied. In the 0.2 mol/L H_2SO_4 medium, the DBONPF reacts with tin(Ⅳ) to form a complex with stoichiometric ratio of 2∶1, a maximum absorption at 543 nm and an apparent molar absorptivity of 5.59×10~5 L·mol^(-1)· cm^(-1), the detection limit is 3.01 μg/L. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0~400 μg/L tin(Ⅳ). The method has been applied for the determination of tin in ore samples.
