摘 要: 在环境友好ZnCl2/粘土-SA01催化剂上合成了二苯甲烷,较系统地考察了负载量、苯/苄基氯摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间对该傅克反应的影响,并与催化剂的表面性质关联.实验结果表明,该催化剂具有良好的催化活性和稳定性并易于回收重复使用. Diphenylmethane was synthesized with high yield in the presence of a new environmentally friendly catalyst ZnCl_2/clay-SA_(01). The results obtained indicate that supported zinc chloride reagents possesses a fairly high catalytic activity for Friedel- Crafts alkylation reaction. The loading amounts? the effects of benzene/ benzyl chloride molar ratio, the amount of catalyst used, surface acidity of catalyst, reaction temperature and time have been investigated. The yield of Diphenylmethane obtained under the typical reaction conditions (catalyst/benzene/benzyl chloride were 4.0 g/0.56 mol/0.045 mol at 70 ℃ for 3 h) was 92%. Catalyst ZnCl_2/clay-SA_(01) can be easily recovered and reused.
