摘 要: 为适应油菜机械化生产要求,设计了一种条播播种机.该播种机采用窝眼轮型孔排种器,浮动地轮装置,作业时悬挂于各种在田中行走的工作机上.由于地轮采用浮动结构,可避免由于田块不平、机械振动等原因影响播利的均匀性,机具适应能力强.同时在窝眼轮轴上设置有不同的型孔,可满足不同品种、不同播量的播种要求.666.7m2播量在250~500 g之间可调.一次实现6行播种,行问距可调,破碎率在5%以下. In order to meet the requirement of mechanized production of rape,a sower for line seeding was designed and preliminarily manufactured.The sower adopted cell-seed-wheel distributer and fixed floating device of land wheel,so it can be conveniently hung on all kinds of working machines on paddy field.Since land wheel adopted floating structure,consequenctly the sower have a good adaptability.those influences on the evenness of sowing,including rough soil block and mechanical vibration,can be avoided naturally;In addition can meet the requirement of sowing different variaties and at different quantity.The installation of different pass on pocket axle,the sowing quantity can be adapted among 250~500 g;per acre six-row-sowing a time,the adjustment of linewidth as well as the rate of damage can not pass 5%.
