摘　　要： 随着中国公民政治参与的扩大化和理性化,现行的人民代表直接选举的文本制度在实际运行中暴露出许多缺陷。其中一些缺陷内生于文本本身,而另一些则外发于操作过程中,修改文本、改革传统的操作方式,已经势在必行。 Along with the enlargement and rationalization of Chinese citizens′political involvement, many drawbacks have already been exposed in the actual operation of the textual institution in the current People Representatives′direct election. Some of the drawbacks result form the text itself, while the others occur in the process of the operation. It is imperative to revise the text and reform the conventional operational modes.
