摘 要: 本文报道了用线扫极谱法快速测定动物组织(肝、肾等)中金属硫蛋白方法。动物组织经匀浆、加热、离心后将上清液直接加入钴氨缓冲液中,记录扫描图谱,由-1.46V(vs.SCE)左右处峰高求得金属硫蛋白浓度,并与常用的镉/血红蛋白炮和法进行了比较,本法显示了可靠、快速、和适用范围广之特点。 Rapid determination of metallothioneins in animal tissues(liver and Kidney etc.) has beenestablished. Animal tissues were homogenized, heated and centrifuged. The supernatant was dir-ctly added in ammoniacal solution of Co(Ⅱ) salt for recording linear sweep polarogram. Thecontent of metallothionein or metallothionein-like protein which contain rich cysteine could beobtained according to the peak height at -1.46 V(vs. SCE). Comparing with the commonly usedcadmium/hemoglobin saturation mathod, this method shows rapid, credible and suitable for allthe metal-containing samples.
