摘　　要： 在室温条件下 ,氨基酸甲酯和 2 三氯乙酰基吡咯经酰基化反应 ,以 80 3 %～ 95 6%的产率合成了系列N ( 2 吡咯甲酰基 )氨基酸甲酯 ,通过1HNMR ,IR ,MS和元素分析对其结构进行了表征 . A series of N-(pyrrole-2-carbonyl)-amino acid methyl esters were synthesized by acylation of amino acid methyl esters with 2-(trichloroacetyl)pyrroles, without using pyrrole-2-carbonyl chloride as an acylating agent, at room temperature in 80.3% similar to 95.6% yields. And the structures of products were determined on the basis of H-1 NMR, IR, MS and elemental analyses.
