摘 要: 对大学制度的认识仅停留在观念上是远远不够的,还必须从技术层面深入解读,这就要求对大学制度进行分层研究。搞清楚究竟应该具备哪些制度才能使一所大学成为真正意义上的大学;究竟一所大学应该建立哪些制度才能保证大学功能的正常发挥;究竟至少需要哪些制度才能保证大学日常工作有条不紊地开展。所有这些制度安排使得大学和谐而高效地通过积累知识、传播知识、运用知识、发展知识、创新知识的各种活动来达到培养人才、研究科学、服务和引导社会的目标。 Understanding the university institutions merely in terms of conception is far from enough. As a result, it is also necessary for us to conduct some stratification research into the university institutions. We should concentrate on those institutions which can make university become university in the real sense, those which can ensure the normal function of university, and still those which can keep the daily operations of the university go on smoothly. Because all these institutions will enable the university to achieve the goal of cultivating talents, doing scientific research, serving and leading the society by means of accumulating, disseminating, applying, developing and innovating knowledge in a harmonious and efficient way.
