摘　　要： 针对高层建筑地下室渗漏原因进行分析,结合软土地基上高层建筑地下室防水工程施工,对其防水抗渗若干问题进行剖析,提出主要几项技术措施. Based on an analysis of the characters of water leakage occurring in the basements in high rise buildings constructed on soft ground, and in combination with the waterproofing engineering of the basements, several problems associated with the leakage are approached, and measures of preventing them put forward.
