摘 要: 采用联氨还原法制备具有催化活性的金属Co纳米微粒 ,由x -射线衍射确认晶相为六方密排Co ,平均晶粒尺寸为 14 .8nm。对其形状和大小进行了透射电镜及激光散射分析 ,确认Co纳米粒子为球形。在正己烷中存在软团聚 ,团聚体平均尺寸约 4 5 .2nm。本文在超声震荡下通过改变反应温度、反应物用量、反应液添加次序、添加方式等 ,寻找制备Co纳米粒子的最佳反应条件。 Employ hydrazine as reductant, reduct catalytic-active Cobalt to prepare cobalt nanoparticle. X-ray diffraction confirm the crystal is hexahedron heap, average particle dimension is 14.8 nm. Analyze its shape and dimension through TEM and N-14 plus. Ascertain the cobalt nanoparticle is round.It exists soft reunion in the hexane , its dimension is about 45.2 nm. The object of context is to find the best condition for preparing the cobalt nanoparticle by using ultrasonic oscillation, changing the temperature, reactant-usage, the sequence of reactant adding , the adding way etc.
