摘　　要： 文章概述了蛋白质工程常用策略和用这些策略来改造工业用酶的基本特性(包括稳定性、活性、选择性和表面特性)及其在工业用酶中的应用,并对其发展做了展望。 Strategies for protein engineering and using them to reforming basic properties of industrial enzyme including stability, activity, selectivity, surface properties are summarized. In addition, an application and prospects of industrial enzyme for protein engineering are discussed.
