摘 要: 研究了FeCl3·6H2O为催化剂催化合成对羟基苯甲酸丁酯。讨论了催化酯化的各种影响因素,优化的反应条件为:对羟基苯甲酸与丁醇摩尔比为1∶3,催化剂与对羟基苯甲酸的摩尔比为0.04∶1,反应时间2.0h,对羟基苯甲酸丁酯产率为98.9%。 The synthesis of butyl p-hydroxybenzoate with ferric chloride as catalysts was studied. the effects of reaction conditions were investigated ,the optimum were determined as follows:the molar ratio of p-hydroxybenzoic acid to butanol is 1∶3,the molar ratio catalyst to p-hydroxybenzoic acid is (0.04∶1),the reaction time is 2.0 h,the yield of butyl p-hydroxybenzoate is 98.9%.
