摘　　要： 运用ANSYS软件建立了缠绕式提升机卷筒的有限元模型 ,运用它的优化设计功能对木衬厚度进行了优化设计 ,研究了木衬厚度对筒壁强度的影响 ,给出了最佳木衬厚度值 。 This paper finite element model for winding hoist machine roller is established by ANSYS software,by using the function of its optimal design,the thickness of wood liner is optimized.The effect,the thickness of the wood 1iner to the roller intension,is studied.The best thickness of the wood liner is provided.The valuable theory bases are provided for improving design.
