摘 要: 研究了外源乙烯利、GA3 和硼酸对石蒜生理及开花的影响。结果表明 :(1)不同浓度乙烯利处理时 ,石蒜鳞茎类胡萝卜素含量均有所下降 ,15 0mg/L和 2 0 0mg/L硼酸处理使类胡萝卜素含量升高 ,10 0~ 2 0 0mg/L乙烯利和GA3 各处理使其叶内叶绿素含量提高 ;(2 )乙烯利处理使MDA含量升高 ,SOD活性降低 ,GA3 处理结果相反 ;(3)乙烯利和GA3 处理时 ,叶片中内源GA3 ,IAA ,ABA含量均有变化 ;硼酸处理时 ,叶内IAA ,ABA含量随硼酸浓度增大逐渐增加 ,内源GA3 含量变化不明显 ,ABA/GA3 和ABA/IAA随乙烯利和硼酸浓度的加大而增高 ,GA3 对ABA/IAA比值无显著影响 ;(4 )一定浓度的乙烯利和硼酸处理可使石蒜花期不同程度提前 ,外源GA3 The effect of exogenous ethrel,GA_3 and boric acid on physiology and anthesis of Lycoris radiata were studied.Results showed that applicaticon of ethrel within the concentration of 100~200 mg/L and 50~200 mg/L GA_3 improved chlorophyll content.All concentration of ethrel lowered caroteniod content.Boric acid of concentration of 150 mg/L and (200 mg/L) improve caroteniod content.Ethrel improve MDA content and lowered SOD activity.GA_3 is in opposition with ethrel.With the treatment concentration of ethrel improved GA_3 and IAA content in leaves reduced gradually.ABA content in leaves is the highest when ethrel treat with 150 mg/L.The higher concentration of exogenous GA_3,the higher GA_3 content and the lower ABA content in leaves.IAA content in leaves were significantly improved by application of GA_3 at 100 mg/L.With the treatment concentration of boric acid improved,ABA and IAA content all rised in leaves,but GA_3 content doesn′t change obviously.ABA/GA_3 and (ABA/IAA) improved with the treatment concentration of boric acid arised.The treatment concentration of GA_3 had no effects on ABA/IAA.The anthesis advance 7 d after applicated ethrel at 150 mg/L and advance 16 d after applicated ethrel at 200 mg/L.Applicated GA_3 had no significantly effect on anthesis.The anthesis advance 5 d after applicated boric acid at (200 mg/L).
