摘 要: 采用氮气雾化制粉 -冷等静压制坯 -包套锻造工艺制备了AlFeVSi合金样品。通过拉伸试验、X射线衍射及TEM ,研究了包套锻造对合金组织性能的影响。结果表明 :不锈钢包套锻造能较好地加强粉末颗粒间的物理冶金结合 ,有效地破碎颗粒间的氧化膜。 The blank was prepared by powder made by nitrogen atomization and consolidated by cold isostatic pressing (CIP). Capsule forging was used to make the AlFeVSi alloy specimens. By means of tensile test, X-ray and TEM, effect of capsule forging on alloy's microstructure and properties was studied. It is concluded that capsule forging can effectively improve metallurgical combination and successfully break oxide films between particles.
