摘 要: 根据微分几何和无瞬心包络原理 ,将砂轮视作由无数个截圆组成并由所有截圆沿着工件做螺旋运动包络出刀具的螺旋槽 ,并在此理论基础上开发了螺旋槽模拟软件 ,得出螺旋槽刃磨参数 。 According to the principles of differential geometry and non-instantaneous center enveloping, grinding wheel is regarded as being composed of many section circularities which move along the tool following the spiral movement and envelop the tool's grooves. Mathematic model of the helicoids of the tool is obtained, moreover, the simulation software is developed and the grind parameters are worked out. Therefore, the helicoids are optimized and the grinding precision is improved significantly.
