摘　　要： 以产品结构为基础组织变更过程 ,论述了实现变更的五个基本步骤。重点研究了面向变更的产品数据表达及其完整性约束 ,采用面向对象的思想分析了工程变更对象模型及对象之间的约束关系。在此基础上 ,提出了变更实现的方法和变更传播的机制 ,并结合具体实例给出了基于产品结构的详细变更流程图 ,为企业实现工程变更管理提供了一条新途径。 This paper organized engineering change(EC) processes based on product-structure and described five fundamental steps for realization of engineering change. Especially the expression of product data and integrity constrains oriented EC was studied,and the Object-Oriented method was utilized to analyse the EC object model and the constrain rules among objects. Based on what mentioned above,the realization method about EC activities and EC propagation were put forward. Combined with a case,the engineering change flow chart has been given. The research work provides a new way for the enterprise to realize engineering change.
