摘　　要： 本文首先简单介绍了“后发优势”理论及一些代表性观点。其次 ,从不同角度探讨了在开放的全球化条件下发展中国家现代化发展具有的六大优势 ,并就全球化条件下 ,后发国家所面临的外在发展劣势进行了分析 ,同时 ,对发展中国家在现代化进程中的内部失误加以总结。 This paper firstly introduces some points of the theory of the advantages the latecomers have in their modernization development process From six points of view, the author details the advantages the developing countries may have especially in the open air of globalization Then, the paper discusses the disadvantages the developing countries have and their mistakes in this process
