摘 要: 教师的成长是一种专业发展,是一个艰难曲折、不断反复的历程。教师是否拥有相当程度的专业自主权,是衡量教师专业化水平的一项重要指标。教师专业的职业化同时意味着教师职业社会化。教师职业的专业化水平又必须以教师本人的职业发展为基础,而职业的发展却是有阶段性的。从教师教育的职业化要求来说,建构教师专业发展的"自组织"是教师职业社会化的最佳保障机制。 Teachers' progress is a kind of specialization development. The profession is the symbol of teaching specialization. Meanwhile, the career of profession is the socialization of teaching profession. Profession of teaching is based on the teachers' specialization and the teachers' career is periodic. From the profession of teaching education, building self-rganization of teaching profession is the best system of teaching profession socialization.
