摘 要: 科学的课堂教学质量评估既可为合理选聘教师及教师晋职、晋升提供依据 ,又可为改进教学提供反馈信息。课堂教学质量评价体系的建立应遵循导向性、科学性、层次性、可行性和动态性原则 ,其内容一般应包括 :教学态度、内容、方法和效果 ,并从学生、同行教师、领导和督导员等多角度进行评价 。 This paper is mainly started with the significance of teaching quality evaluation in class from high school.It offers a detailed description of the principle of the quality evaluation system.And on the basis of these principles,the content of the quality evaluation system,the evaluation setup and the evaluation mode should be-established and carried out.All these are helpful to improve the quality of teaching.
