摘　　要： 供应链上发生的例外事件,是供应链效率降低的一个重要因素。针对供应链上的例外事件,研究了供应链事件管理产生、发展过程以及供应链事件管理方法应用,提出了供应链事件管理不仅是一种技术,更是一种过程改进方法。 The exceptional events make the whole supply chain inefficient To manage these events, the paper studies the production, development of Supply Chain Event Management, and implementing of Supply Chain Event Management Approach as well. It holds that .Supply Chain Event Management is not only a kind of technologies, but also a kind of process improvement methodologies.
