摘 要: 讨论知识及知识共享的概念;分析组织中知识共享的障碍;构建学习型组织中知识共享的理论模型。 The learning organization is the best organizational mode to realize knowledge sharing, and the effective way for organiza-lions to share knowledge is to construct learning organizations. This paper analyzes the elements that impede knowledge sharing in or-ganizations based on the concept of knowledge and knowledge sharing. Moreover, it puts forward the model of knowledge sharing in the learning organization.
