摘 要: 伴随着学分制的实行,很多高校建立并实行了导师制。导师制在指导本科生方面发挥了积极的作用,但它在培养学生专业兴趣方面的独特意义却未引起足够的重视。本文从学生专业兴趣培养和持续激发的角度对导师制的地位和作用进行了专门论述,并进而对导师和管理者提出了新的要求和建议。 With the practice of the supervising mechanism, the supervising mechanism have been implemented in more and more universities. Though it is used in guiding the students action, the unique role do be ignored in fostering university students' specialization interest. This paper tries to discuss the meanings of supervising mechanism from of the fostering of university students' specialization interest, and ultimately recommendations and suggestions will be put forward to supervisors and administrators concerned.
