摘 要: 本文就一种新型高压均质系统进行了研究,该系统通过气动增压方式使被处理物料获得高压。能量传递方式的改变使均质过程平稳,使工作过程中的振动、冲击及噪声得到控制;在实验样机上进行了豆乳原料均质实验,验证了该系统在实践上的可行性,值得进行进一步深入的研究。 This paper introduces the study of a new high- pressure homogenizing system, the processed material obtain high pressure in the system through pneumatic pressure amplifier. The change of energy transmission style makes the homogenizing process calm. the vibration, impact and noise is controlled while processing. Soymilk material processing experiment is brought out in the sample machine, the feasibility in practice is testified through the experiment, it is worth of making further research.
