摘 要: 采用岭回归法同时测定镀锌钝化液中铬酐、硝酸、高锰酸钾等3组分的浓度,样品不经分离,不需加任何试剂。测定结果显示,各组分的平均回收率在94%~105%,平均相对误差小于1 8%。本法简单、快速、准确度高,可作为镀锌钝化液实时监控的手段。 The concentrations of chromic anhydride, nitric acid and potassium permanganate in chromating bath were determined by ridge regression spectrophotometry. No separation of sample was needed and no reagent was added into the sample bath. The results show that the average recovery rate is 94%~105% and the average relative error is less than 18%. The method is simple, rapid and has high accuracy. It can be used to monitor the chromating bath in situ.
