摘　　要： 我国宪法及立法法规定了公民的监督权及提出违宪审查建议的权利 ,但对如何启动违宪审查没有作出明确规定 ,本文就启动违宪审查的公民主体资格及具体启动程序在现行法律框架下作了一定探讨和设计。 The right of supervision and the right of initiating constitutional review of citizens are stipulated in the Constitution and the Legislative Law. But there is no explicit stipulation on how to initiate constitutional review. This article does some exploration of the subject qualification of citizen and some design of the initiating procedure.
