摘　　要： 分析了传统 Web应用程序的缺点 ,介绍了基于 XML 的 3层 C/ S模型 .将传统的面向对象的 MVC编程模型引入 Web应用程序的开发中 ,并通过彩票信息发布系统实例 ,使用以 Java为核心的技术对其进行了具体实现 . This paper introduces the three layers C/S model based on XML technologies aiming at the weakness of traditional Web applications, introduces MVC which is a kind of traditional object oriented programming model into Web application development process, gives an example implementation with Java based techniques about the system of lottery promulgation.
