摘　　要： CEPA签署后,深圳和香港之间的金融合作将会掀开新的篇章。深圳与香港之间在金融领域已经进行了不少合作,本文对此进行了评析;对深港在金融市场、银行之间以及金融监管方面的合作前景进行了展望;并就人民币会不会取代港元、香港能否成为人民币离岸中心、人民币流入香港的渠道等问题进行了分析。 In putting the bottleneck fund to an end and giving full play to the basic role of the market-directed economy in the allocation of resources, the vital approach for us to take is to expand the channels of direct financing by vigorously developing capital market. To reach this goal, we must strengthen the dominant position of residents or households as investors, free our minds from the shackles of the outdated notions and systems, and optimize the environment of resident investment.
