摘 要: 为制备聚丙烯酸凝胶球,并考察油水比、分散剂用量和转速三种因素对其粒径的变化趋势的影响,以亲水性丙烯酸为单体、Span-80为分散剂、N,N’一亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂、过硫酸铵为引发剂,维持丙烯酸水溶液内各物质配比不变,改变油水比、分散剂用量或搅拌转速,在煤油中进行了反相乳液聚合.用光学显微镜对其粒径进行了表征,并对PAAC凝胶球粒径的大小和分散性进行了统计分析.结果表明:制得的聚丙烯酸凝胶球的平均粒径为100~600μm;当改变油水比时,凝胶球粒径及分散系数变化不大;Span-80用量和搅拌速度对反应体系的稳定性有较大影响. Polyacrylic acid gel spheres were prepared by inverse emulsion polymerization using hydrophilic acrylic acid as monomer, Span-80 as dispersant, N, N-mehtylenebisacyrlamide as crosslinker , ammonium persulfate as initiator , and kerosene as solvent .The influence of water/oil ratio, dosage of dispersants and stirring speed on the particle size and size distribution were investigated using optical microscope .The size and distribution of PAAC gel sphere were also analyzed statistically .The results indicated that the average particle size of the gel sphere was in the range of 100-600 μm.The particle size and size distribution had little change with the change of oil /water ratios.However, Span-80 dosage and stirring speed had great influence on the stability of the gel solution .
