摘　　要： 抽油机的发展已有百余年的历史,但各种类型的抽油机平衡后都存在负扭矩的问题,该问题一直是制约抽油机向高效率、高可靠性发展的瓶颈。本文剖析了负扭矩存在的原因,并研究了正扭矩理论技术,本课题组经过多年攻关研制了几种类型的正扭矩柔性抽油机,已应用于现场,见到了良好的效果,为抽油机步入正扭矩时代奠定了基础。 Pumping units have been developing over one hundred years history,the negative torque issue exists in all kinds of pumping units after balance.It is a bottleneck to the development of pumping units,that has restrained them to high efficiency and high reliability all the way.The reason of negative torque is analyzed in this paper,the positive torque theory technology is researched,several positive torque flexible pumping units has been researched by our subject group for many years,and they were applied in field,the effect is good,it is the foundation for pumping units into the era of positive torque.
