摘　　要： 衔接是产生语篇的必要的条件。本文以韩礼德的语篇衔接理论为基点,从照应手段、连接、替代、词汇衔接等方面结合各种英汉法律合同的实证分析,并根据前人的研究成果,探讨英汉法律合同中街接手段的应用,将英汉语篇的对比研究向前推进一步。 The cohesion is necessary for the production of discourse. Based on the discourse cohesion of Halliday and the previous studies of predecessor, this thesis study the on the cohesion means in the English-Chinese legal contract from the perspectives of referring, connecting, substitution and lexical cohesion, with the hope of advancing the study of English-Chinese legal discourse.
