摘　　要： 地方高校书院以生为本科学规划发展是以学生的全面自在的发展为核心,创造相应的环境、条件和素质拓展工作任务,以学生自我管理为基础,以书院组织共同背景为引导的一套科学规划发展模式,目的是充分发挥学生的主动性、积极性和创造性,使学生在实现个人价值的同时,也能够为书院的发展目标做出最大的贡献。 The local university students centered scientific planning and development is based on students' all-round free development as the core, creating the environment, conditions and quality development tasks, take the student self-management as the basis, to take the organization of common background led to a set of scientific planning and development mode, to give full play to the initiative, the student's enthusiasm and creativity, so that realize personal value at the same time, also can make the greatest contribution to the development objectives of academy.
