摘　　要： 在公共外交的行为体系中,行为主体主要包括政治国家和社会公众,而社会公众随着公民社会和全球化的发展,又不断衍生出新的行为体形式。公共外交经历了国家主导型、公众参与型、非政府组织参与型和多主体互动型,通过剖析公共外交的不同理论模型,对中国公共外交的理论实践有重要的启示意义。 In public diplomacy behavior body system,behavior mainly include the political state and the social public,and the public with the development of civil society and the globalization,and constantly develop new actors form. public diplomacy through country led,public participation,non-governmental organization participation and multi-agent interaction,through the analysis of the different models of public diplomacy,has the important enlightenment significance to the theory and practice of Chinese public diplomacy.
