摘 要: 单罐填充床蓄热是一种重要的高温蓄热方式,填充材料的物性和边界条件对传热性能具有重要的影响。本文利用局部非热平衡能量控制方程对单罐斜温层蓄热系统进行了数值计算分析,对换热过程中熔盐和蓄热材料之间的传热温差进行了重点研究,得到了蓄热过程中传热温差随蓄热时间、蓄热材料的密度、导热系数和熔盐的速度等参数的变化规律,为进一步分析传热性能随时间和空间的变化规律提供依据。 The packed bed storage system is a kind of important thermal energy storage method.Filler material properties and boundary conditions have important influence on the heat transfer performance.In this paper,a single tank thermocline thermal storage system was studied by numerical analysis using the local non-thermal equilibrium governing equations.The heat transfer temperature difference study between the molten salt and filler material was emphasized during the charging process.The change laws of heat transfer temperature difference affected by charging time,filler material density,thermal conductivity and molten salt velocity were obtained,providing a basis for further analysis of heat transfer performance variation with time and space.
