摘 要: 植物纤维/聚乳酸(PLA)复合材料具有高强度、高模量、高韧性,并且具有可完全生物降解性能,已成为目前研究的热点。植物纤维和PLA两相间的相容性能是复合材料综合性能的控制性因素。文中综述了5种评估植物纤维/PLA复合材料界面相容性的方法——纤维亲水性测试、复合材料力学性能、复合材料断面形貌、原子力显微镜定量测量和杨氏公式法;可以直接、间接,定性、定量评估相容性能。 Plant fiber / poly lactic acid( PLA) composite materials have become focus of current research,because of their high strength,high modulus,high toughness,fully biodegradable performance. The compatibility between plant fiber and PLA is the controlling factor of comprehensive properties of the composites. This paper summarized five methods of assessing interfacial compatibility between plant fiber / PLA composites: fiber hydrophilic test,mechanical performance of composite,section morphology of composite,atomic force microscope( AFM) and Young's formula method.Compatibility between plant fiber and PLA composites can be evaluated directly,indirectly,qualitatively,quantitatively by these methods.
