摘　　要： 针对当前煤矿传统手段实施应急管理和救援工作,以应急预案的结构化为基础,运用突发事件应急预案形式化描述方法的总体思路,建立应急预案模型,结合信息化技术,实现煤矿应急管理与救援指挥辅助决策系统。 According to traditional means of implementation of emergency management and rescue work in coal mines,bases on the structure of the coal mine emergency plan,applied the general idea of formal description of emergency plan,established emergency plan model;Combining imformation technology,designed emergency management and decision-making imformation system of coal mine.
