摘　　要： 岭南大学是我国第一所向国民政府注册立案并收回自办的基督教教会大学,先后由钟荣光、李应林、陈序经三任华人校长主持校务。他们面临风云变幻的时代背景,凭借出众的治校能力和个人素养,努力实现岭南大学办学主权(包括校长任命、内部管理与经费筹措)、办学定位(包括立足本土沟通中西文化、人才培养与服务地方)、办学内容(包括学科建设、科学研究与课程设置)的"中国化",积极引领岭南大学向中国世俗教育与本土化的方向发展。在三任华人校长的持续推动下,岭南大学的"中国化"转型呈现出渐进的特点。 Lingnan University was the first one registered in the National Government of the Republic of China,which changed its attribute of Christian University.Three Chinese presidents ZHONG Rongguang,LI Yinglin and CHEN Xujing took management successively.Facing the changeable time background,they worked hard to achieve the sinicization of school sovereignty,including president appointment,management reform and funds raising;the sinicization of education orientation,including East-West exchanges based on Chinese culture,students training and local service;the sinicization of education contents,including discipline construction,scientific research and curriculum setting.They led Lingnan University developing towards the direction of Chinese education and secular education.Under their management,the sinicization of Lingnan University showed the characteristics of processing.
