摘 要: 提出一种开孔板式屈曲约束支撑(PPBRB),该支撑核心单元为开孔的一字形钢板,约束套管采用钢板焊接而成,并在端部加设加劲套箍。设计制作4支PPBRB试件,对其进行拟静力滞回性能试验,研究开孔板式屈曲约束支撑滞回耗能能力、承载力性能以及累积塑性变形能力。研究结果表明:该支撑构造合理,滞回曲线饱满,滞回性能稳定,耗能性能优良;支撑端部构造设计合理,能够保证支撑正常工作;铰接与固接的连接方式均能保证支撑性能得到有效发挥。 A novel type of all-steel plate buckling-restrained brace( BRB) named perforating plate BRB( PPBRB) is developed,whose core unit and constraint unit are made of perforated steel plate and end-strengthened welded steel plate,respectively. Quasi-static cyclic tests on four PPBRB specimens were conducted to investigate the hysteretic behavior,bearing capacity characteristics and accumulative plastic deformation capacity of PPBRB. The test results showed that structure of the four PPBRB specimens is good,the hysteretic curves are plump and the energy dissipation capability is stable. Besides,after the core plate was perforated,the whole working performance of PPBRB is good. The configuration of the end could ensure PPBRB to achieve the good working performance. PPBRB performs well in the tests no matter the connection is fixed support or hinge support.
