直线导轨-橡胶支座隔震装置及其在结构减隔震中的应用

摘  要: 由于橡胶隔震支座用于高柔结构时面临倾覆和不抗拉扭的问题,针对这个不利因素,提出了一种直线导轨-橡胶支座隔震装置。通过工程实例建立地震作用下的多自由度高柔结构与隔震装置的理论模型,并以此得到模型的动力方程,同时利用SAP 2000建立平面模型来验证理论模型。为了进一步验证直线导轨隔震系统的隔震效果,使用ABAQUS建立三维模型,与平面模型进行对比。理论和数值分析结果表明,隔震装置能够有效地降低结构的地震反应达70%~90%,同时克服橡胶支座用于高柔结构后易倾覆、不抗拉扭的缺点。该系统为高柔结构以后的隔震设计提供了设计参考。 Because of rubber bearing’ s problems of tension and overturning when using it for high-rise buildings, a new base isolation system has been produced.The paper described in detail the new base isolation system, and a theory model was set up according to a true project.The motion equation of system and structure under earthquake waves was established, then plane models were built up by SAP 2000 to verify the theoretical model;in order to verify the isolation effect of the system, a 3D model was also set up by using ABAQUS, which was compared with the plane model.The theoretical and numerical results show that the new base isolation system can reduce seismic responses of structure about 70%-90%, and overcome disadvantages of rubber bearing’s overturning and tension when it was used for high-rise buildings.
