巨型钢结构隔震体系的数值分析与振动台试验研究

摘  要: 广东科学中心采用新型的大跨度空间钢框架结构,为确保在遭遇各种突发荷载,特别是地震、台风时结构保持良好的工作状态,保证室内人员和设施的安全,在该中心跨度最大的E区采用了基础隔震,隔震支座直接设置在巨型格构柱的柱脚。通过对结构基础隔震、非隔震两种形式的有限元模型的非线性动力分析和缩尺模型振动台试验研究基础隔震的减振效果,分析隔震支座的空间协调变形性能,评价隔震技术对结构动力性能的影响程度。研究表明,隔震设计显著改善了结构的动力性能,特别是对于复杂的空间不规则结构,更能修正结构的空间扭转性能;另外,由于巨型格构柱的刚度较大,柱下独立设置隔震支座对其空间协调变形没有明显的影响。广东科学中心E区隔震设计方法是合理的,是对大型空间结构抗震设计方法的有益探索。 A new type of long-span spatial steel frame was used for Guangdong Science Center( GSC). The isolation techniques are introduced into the E square of GSC to protect the huge building from damage during external loads,especially typhoon and earthquake,and ensure the safety of people,exhibits and instruments in the building.Isolating bearings were directly placed on the base of the columns. The non-linear dynamic analysis and shaking table tests were used to study the vibration reduction effect of the model with base isolation contrasting to the structure without base isolation,evaluate the improvement degree of the earthquake-resistance capability,and estimate the rationality of the isolation methods by the effect of the bearings on the performance harmony of column deformation. It was shown by the study that the isolation methods could obviously improve the earthquake-resistance capability of the building,modify the torsion performance and enhance the safety during severe earthquakes more markedly,especially for the structures with irregular space. Additionally,isolation bearings had no negative effect on the performance harmony of column deformation for the stiffness. The isolation design methods of GSC were rational,and could be an useful effort for isolation design of large-scale spatial structures.
