摘 要: 采用激光熔覆法于45钢表面熔覆了WC/Co-Cr合金涂层,研究了涂层的组织与高温滑动磨损特性。结果表明:所制备的涂层高温耐磨性能良好。磨损试验温度为室温(RT)至200℃时,熔覆层的磨损机制表现为磨粒磨损与粘着磨损;200~500℃时,磨损机制转变为轻微擦伤与氧化磨损共同作用;600℃时磨损机制为塑性涂抹。 WC / Co-Cr coating on 45 steel was prepared by powder feeding laser cladding. The microstructure and high temperature wear characteristics of the clad coating were studied at different temperatures. The results show that the WC / Co-Cr alloy coating exhibits good wear resistance at high temperature. The wear mechanism of the coating at RT-200 ℃ is the combination of abrasive and adhesion wear,and then is the combination of minor scratch and oxidation wear during 200- 500 ℃,when test temperature is 600 ℃,wear mechanism is the form of plastic deformation
