摘 要: 行政服务标准化是服务型政府建设的一条重要途径。我国政府在行政服务标准化建设中引入了ISO质量管理体系和标杆管理,推行了服务窗口标准化和网格化管理。地方政府在服务型政府建设过程中探索性地推行行政服务标准化,取得了明显成效,但也存在一些问题。我国应加强行政服务标准化研究,完善理论体系;制定科学的行政服务标准体系,保障行政服务的规范性;强化行政服务标准化宣传培训,提升标准的执行力。 The standardized administrative service is one of the important means of service-oriented government construction. The introduction of ISO quality management system and benchmarking management into China's governments has pushed through the stan-dardized and networked management of service window. Apparent achievement has been made by local governments in exploring the im-plementation of standardized service in the process of service-oriented government construction, but there still existed some issues to be solved. More research about standardized administrative service is in need to improve its theory, a scientific system of standardized ad-ministrative service is to be formulated to guarantee its normalization, and publicity and training of standardized administrative service is to be reinforced to improve its executive ability.
