摘　　要： 高考、中考(即总考)是必要而又有积极意义的。总考应和区域的、学校的统考或变相统考(频考)严格区别。频考通过层层加压,扭曲了学生生活。以频考养总考带来严重的问题,不仅压抑了人的素质提升,改变了教育的性质,同时也阻碍了总考成绩的提升。频考文化和师本教育的共生是东方考试文化圈的核心。为了解决提高素质和提高总考成绩的两难问题,必须实行生本教育,最大限度地依托儿童的生命自然。为期六年的生本教育实验研究的事实证明,抑制频考,实行生本,不仅发展了学生素质,而且有效地提高了总考成绩。它对突破东方考试文化圈,使教育从控制生命转变为激扬生命,具有重要的意义。 College entrance examination and senior high school entrance examination, named overall examination,are necessary and significant.The overall examination should strictly be isolated with the examinations hold by some districts and schools,which is called frequent examinations.The frequent examinations distort students' life by constantly exerting pressures on them.It has seen serious problems to make the frequent examinations to support the overall examination,which not only has depressed the improvement of a person's quality and changed the natures of education,but also has hindered the increase of the performance of overall examination.The co-development of the culture of the frequent examinations and teacher-based education are the core of the oriental examination culture.In order to solve the problem of improving quality and increasing the performance of overall examinations,we should carry out student-based education,depending on the nature of children's life in the maximum limit.The six-year student-based experiment has proved that controlling frequent examination and carrying out student-based education not only have developed students' quality but also greatly increased the performance of overall examination,which is of great significance for us to break through the oriental examination culture and to make education a process from depressing the life of students to stimulating their life.
