摘 要: 基础教育的本质是社会需求条件下的人的自然学习的延伸和发展:学校基础教育阶段既是学生的成长期,也是儿童学习天性的更活跃期;学校基础教育阶段面对的社会基本因素其实是自然因素的新的表现形式;人的生命自然是教育中起支配作用的"大自然";教育的要义在于顺自然而为,使儿童获得精神解放的启蒙,包含了精神的启蒙和文化的启蒙,因此,抑制频考成为今天基础教育保护和依托人的生命自然的关键。因为,频考管理方式以压抑和背离人的生命自然为代价,总考需要来自人的生命活动的真正的素质提升,基础教育管理的基本原则应是依托自然激扬生命。 The essence of basic education is the extending and development of people's natural learning under the condition of social demand.The stage of school basic education is both the growth stage of students and the even active stage of children's learning instinct.The social fundamental factors faced by the school basic educational stage are actually the new form of expression of the natural factors.People's life nature is the Great Nature which is playing a role of domination in education.The important meaning of education lies in the action following nature,which makes children obtain initiative of mental freedom,including mental initiative and cultural initiative.Therefore,to restrain frequent examination has become the key of today's basic education to protect and depend on people's life nature,since the management of frequent examination is at the price of restraining and departing from people's life nature.General examination demands real upgrading of quality which comes from people's life activity.The fundamental principle of basic education management should rely on inspiring life by nature.
