摘　　要： 正义不但有共时性维度,而且还有历时性维度。从历时性的角度而言,代际正义主要关注处于不同世代、不同年龄段的人们之间是否要讲正义原则。罗尔斯的代际正义理论在当代政治哲学关于代际正义的争论中处于核心地位,他并不主张直接将其差别原则应用于代际正义问题,而是对代际正义采取了契约论的论证方式。罗尔斯的代际正义理论面临着很多批判,他后来进行了修正,但是并没有放弃其始终坚守的"当下时间的进入解释"。 Intergenerational Justice pays close attention to whether people in the different generations and different ages follow the principles of justice. John Rawls’ theory of intergenerational justice is at the core of intergenerational justice in contemporary political philosophy, and he does not advocate that difference principle is directly applied to intergenerational justice. In order to demonstrate intergenerational justice, he uses the theory of social contract. John Rawls’ theory of intergenerational justice has received a lot of criticism, and he amended part of his theory while adhering to his “contemporary interpretation”.
