摘　　要： 青少年网络成瘾问题逐渐成为一个世界性的心理行为问题,在我国该问题尤其受关注。近年来国内外围绕网络成瘾展开大量的研究,但很少涉及不同治疗方法疗效的比较分析。本研究回顾了有实证实验支持的网络成瘾治疗方法及其成效,并对认知行为疗法、现实疗法、接受与承诺疗法、药物疗法和综合疗法进行了分析和总结,反映了网络成瘾治疗方法研究的新进展:研究者们从最初关注网络成瘾的行为本身到更多地关注成瘾问题背后存在的情绪、家庭、人际等深层次心理问题,治疗方法从靠单纯的禁止与隔离、认知的改变及行为的训练,到最近的接纳、选择与改变,治疗的动力也从外界转向自身。研究发现:心理与药物疗法对网络成瘾治疗均有显著作用,不同疗法在改善网瘾、抑郁、焦虑等症状,减少上网时间等结果变量上均呈现出混杂的效应,但不同疗法间的功效还有待进一步验证。 Internet addiction( IA) is becoming a widespread and problematic phenomenon. In recent years,much research has been done about internet addiction,but relatively little on the therapeutic aspects and comparative analysis of the efficacy of different treatment methods. This study reviews the network addiction treatment methods and their effectiveness supported by empirical experiments,and analyzes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy( CBT),Reality Therapy( RT),Acceptance and Commitment Therapy( ACT),medication,and Multi- level Counseling Programs. Research methods of new progresses of internet addiction treatment are presented. Researches shift from the initial concern of internet addiction itself to deep-seated psychological problems of emotion,family,and relationships behind the addiction,and treatments shift from relying on simple prohibition and isolation,changes of cognitive and behavioral training,to the acceptation,choice and change,and photodynamic therapy also turns from the outside world to itself. The study finds that psychological and drug therapies for the treatment of internet addiction have a significant role,and different treatments show mixed effects on such symptoms as addiction improvement,depression,and anxiety,and on reducing the access time. The effectiveness of different treatments is to be further verified.
