摘　　要： 孟中印缅经济走廊是中国新近倡议的地区合作构想之一,其有助于推进孟中印缅区域合作、有助于中国周边外交政策的贯彻落实、能够完善中国的对外开放格局和推进桥头堡建设战略。然而,区域内国家间政治互信不足、少数民族问题和资源民族主义的兴起将会对孟中印缅经济走廊的建设进程构成不利影响。倡导"软制度"合作、重视次国家行为主体云南的作用、重视早期收获的培育、加强区域内公共外交是推进孟中印缅经济走廊建设的重要路径。 BCIM economic corridor initiative is one of the regional cooperation mechanisms China has proposed recently,which can contribute to the promotion of BCIM regional cooperation,the implementation of China' s foreign policy towards neighboring countries,the improving of China's opening- up spatial distribution and the advance of China's Gateway strategy. However,the following negative factors may block the advancement of BCIM economic corridor,which are insufficiency of political trust among BCIM countries,the ethnic minority issues and the springing up of nationalism over resources. Appropriate paths are important to cope with these challenges,first,to establish 'soft institution'cooperation; Second,to attach importance of the role of Yunnan Province; Third,to pay attention to the cultivation of early harvest plan; Fourth,to strengthen public diplomacy towards BIM countries.
